Ole Schröder

Ole Schröder ( born August 27, 1971 in Hamburg ) is a German politician ( CDU). Since 2009 he has been Parliamentary Secretary to the Federal Minister of the Interior.

Life, education and career

After graduation in 1991 at the Wolfgang- Borchert -Gymnasium in Halstenbek Schroeder did his military service as a soldier at the time in the Air Force and began in 1992 to study law, which he finished in 1997 with the first legal state exam. He then studied at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and acquired there in 1998 the degree of LL.M. In 2000 he received a doctorate in law. with a thesis on the subject of law of the sales organization in the German - South African trade. After the clerkship put Schröder 2001, the second state exam and then worked as a lawyer in the Hamburg office of the law firm White & Case to October 2009.

Schröder is with the former Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth Kristina Schröder, born Köhler, married. Together they have a daughter who was born in June 2011.

Party

Schröder is since 1989 member of the CDU and first became involved in the Youth Union. He was from 2000 to 2005 and Vice Chairman since 2005 has been chairman of the CDU district association Pinneberg.

Member of Parliament

Schröder is a member of the German Bundestag since 2002.

He retired in 2002 over the national list of Schleswig- Holstein and in both 2005 and 2009 as the directly elected delegates of the district Pinneberg in the Bundestag. In September 2009, it reached 40.8 % of the primary vote.

Schröder is a member of the European Union Parliamentarians German Bundestag.
