Oleh Romanowytsch Luschnyj (Ukrainian Олег Романович Лужний, scientific transliteration Oleh Romanovyc Lužnyj; * August 5, 1968 in Lviv, Ukrainian SSR ) is a Ukrainian football coach and former Soviet- Ukrainian football player.

During his active time he played in the defense and shot from 1985 to 2004 a total of thirteen goals in 460 games for the clubs: Torpedo Lutsk ( Div 2), Karpaty Lviv ( Div 1 ), Dynamo Kyiv, FC Arsenal and Wolverhampton Wanderers as well as player-coach to the Latvian FK Venta Kuldīga.

In addition, he played 60 international matches (8 for USSR, 52 for Ukraine ), but scoring a single goal. After FK Venta, he served as player-manager, he worked first for Dynamo Kiev as assistant József Szabó, after its withdrawal due to health problems in early November 2007, he served as interim head coach. On June 15, 2013 Luschnyj was sacked as manager of Tawrija Simferopol.
