Oliver Broumis

Oliver Broumis ( born July 31, 1965 in Hannover ) is a German actor.

Life

After high school he studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Hamburg. He also coached at American coaches in Los Angeles.

His first professional job after drama school was the German -Swiss movie Always & Forever. At the same time he had first engagements at various German theaters. In 2004 he played the zoo director Bernhard Grzimek in the docudrama Grzimek, a German legend. In the film "Between head and sky ", also in 2004, he worked first as a Creative Producer with.

Since 2010 he has been working with a director on a screenplay for a film about death and the process of dying. The film raises the question of whether every second to live in the consciousness of his own finiteness, would give us a tremendous gain in quality of life.

In 2013 he made the " Raindance Berlin Documentary Foundation Course" ( Raindance Film Festival), as he has begun to work on two documentaries.

He is a member of the German Film Academy and the European Film Academy. He is also a founding member of the Federation of film and television actor BFFS.
