Oliver Jackson-Cohen

Oliver Jackson -Cohen ( born October 24, 1986 in Westminster, London as Oliver Mansour Jackson -Cohen ) is a British actor and model.

Life

Oliver Jackson -Cohen, was born in October 1986, the son of fashion designer Betty Jackson and David Cohen in Westminster, London. Because of its French origin of the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle visited in London. Before he left school, he decided to turn his passion for acting his profession. He got a part in a play at the Lyric Theatre. There he was discovered by an acting agent who persuaded him to participate in auditions for the New York drama school. Shortly after, he got his first role. He then studied with Michael Luggio at the Malisa Theatre Academy. He also attended the weekend the Youngblood Theatre Company. After school, he began a study in French literature. This, however, he broke off after two weeks because he hated it. He then worked for a florist.

Alongside Jackson -Cohen has worked as a model. Privately, he is in a relationship with the actress Ellen Woglom.

Career

His acting debut was as a 15 -year-old in the television series Hollyoaks. This was followed by roles in the ITV television series The Time of Your Life, in Lark Rise to Candleford and in the first episode of Bonekickers. 2008 and 2009, he starred in the films The Rooftopsmiths and Life and Death at 17 of tar alongside Jennifer Lawrence and Richard Gere. The following year, he had the role of Damon in the movie Going the hold. As a "killer" he was seen on the side of Dwayne Johnson in Faster. For the four-part web series Will & Kate: Before Happily Ever After parodying 2011 Prince William. Then he was in the feature films What's Your Number and The Raven - to see the prophet of the devil.

He became known in 2012, the gates of the world based through the role of Ralph in the international mini-series on the novel by Ken Follett. In addition to Jeremy Piven, he played the role of Roddy Temple in the drama series Mr Selfridge in six episodes. For co-produced by NBC and Sky Living Dracula Horror Series, he has held the role of the journalist Jonathan Harker since October 2013, while Jonathan Rhys Meyers are seen as Count Dracula and Thomas Kretschmann as Abraham Van Helsing.
