Oliver is a Village in Douglas County in the northwest of the U.S. state of Wisconsin. In 2000, Oliver had 358 inhabitants.

Geography

Oliver is located at 46 ° 39'26 " north latitude and 92 ° 11'32 " west longitude. The site extends over 5.2 km ².

Oliver is located on the Saint Louis River, a few kilometers from its mouth in Lake Superior ( Lake Superior). The river and its estuary forming the border with Minnesota.

By Oliver leads the Wisconsin Highway 105 is also a railway line through the town. Over the two-story Oliver Bridge both cross the Saint Louis River to Minnesota.
