Olivia Williams

Olivia Haigh Williams ( born July 26, 1968 in Camden Town, London) is a British actress.

Life and career

Williams is the daughter of two lawyers. Before she came to acting, she studied English at the University of Cambridge.

In the early 1990s Williams played in British television productions her first roles. She got her first major role in 1997 by Kevin Costner in The Postman. In 1998, she played in, nominated for a Golden Globe, film Rushmore with Bill Murray, the teacher Rosemary Cross. In The Sixth Sense 1999 she played the wife of Bruce Willis. In the American- Israeli thriller The Body (2001) she played the archaeologist Sharon Golban alongside Antonio Banderas. In 2003, she starred opposite Jason Isaacs Mrs. Darling in the remake of Peter Pan. In 2013, it sits alongside Jeff Bridges, Julianne Moore and Ben Barnes for the movie adaptation of Orson Scott Card's novel The Seventh Son in front of the camera.

Williams is married to the British castmates Rhashan Stone since 2 November 2003. The couple has two daughters.
