Olivier Martinez

Olivier Martinez ( born January 12, 1966 in Paris ) is a French actor of Spanish descent.

Life

Martinez's acting career began in 1990 in his native France, where he soon became very successful. Martinez's father was a Spanish professional boxer who was born in Morocco. His mother was a French secretary. In France, he won the 1994 César Award for Best Young Actor for his role in Un, Deux, Trois, Soleil (1993).

He became internationally known opposite Diane Lane in Unfaithful ( 2002). His German voice in this film is the actor Frédéric Vonhof. Since then, he was in the TV film The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone (2003 ) and in the action films SWAT - To see the Special Forces (2003) and Taking Lives ( 2004).

Martinez lived three years with the French actress Juliette Binoche. For several years he was associated with the Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue. Both gave on February 3, 2007, the separation known.

Martinez is married since July 13, 2013, Halle Berry, after they had met at the filming of the movie Dark Tide in 2010. On October 5, 2013, their son was born.
