Ömer Ali Şahiner ( born January 2, 1992 Ereğli ) is a Turkish football player in the service of Torku Konyaspor.

Career

Association

Şahiner began with the club football in the youth of Karabağ Gençlerbirliği and moved in 2005 to the youth of Konya Şekerspor. In the summer of 2008 he received a professional contract here, but continued to play mainly for the youth and reserve team. As of November 2008, he was introduced by the former head coach Ismail Kartal addition to his work in the reserve team cautiously to the first team and completed his first games. In the summer of 2009, he quickly conquered a regular place and played for the club until the summer of 2012.

Since the summer of 2012 merged Konya Şekerspor and Konyaspor to Torku Konyaspor, counted Şahiner to the players who transferred to the newly created association.

National

Şahiner went through from the U-16 almost all Turkish youth national teams. In 2009 he took part with the Turkish U- 17 team at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in 2009 and reached with his team's quarter-finals.

With the U- 19, he took part in the U-19 Football Championship in 2011, resigned already in the group stage with his team from the tournament.
