Onkivesi

The Onkivesi is a lake in the Finnish countryside Savo.

The lake is fed from the north by lake Nerkoonjärvi and drains to the south and on to Lake Maaninkajärvi Kallavesi. The Ahkiolahtikanal connects the Onkivesi with the Maaninkajärvi. The area is 113.62 km ². The lake is at 84.7 m height. Lapinlahti is located on the northeastern banks. Maaninka is located near the southern shore of Onkivesi.
