The otoyol Highway 51 (in Turkish Adana - Mersin Otoyolu, short O -51) connects the cities of Adana and Mersin in Turkey. The highway is expanded to three lanes on both sides. At the connection points Adana, Tarsus and Mersin lead feeder road with two lanes in each direction.
Between 1981 and 1993, the portion between Tarsus was built together with the otoyol 21. As of 1992, the road in the west to Mersin, built from 1998 in the east to Adana for otoyol 50, since 2000, the expansion is complete.
