Geography
The Town of Pacific is located in south central Wisconsin, on a large sheet of the Wisconsin River. Its estuary at Prairie du Chien in the border with Minnesota Mississippi forming is located approximately 170 km to the west.
In the field of Pacific are several lakes, the largest of which are the Swan Lake in the Northeast and the Lake Columbia to the southwest. The Swan Lake State Wildlife Area is located between the western shore of Swan Lake and the Wisconsin River.
