The Town of Caledonia is one of 21 Towns in Columbia County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. In 2010, the Town of Caledonia 1378 inhabitants.

Geography
The Town of Caledonia is located in south central Wisconsin, in a wide arc of the Wisconsin River. Its estuary at Prairie du Chien in the border with Minnesota Mississippi forming is located approximately 160 km to the west.
The middle area of the Town area is dominated by two hills, which runs from West to East North Range and the South Range herstreichenden of south-west, on the Cascade Mountain, just west of the motorway junction you come to and end. The Baraboo River flows north of these hills from west to east through the Caledonia area and flows near Long Lake, a former oxbow lakes in the Wisconsin River. The center of the district, which lies between North and South Range is drained by the Rowley Creek, which meanders to the west and west ends of Caledonia in the north there still aspiring Baraboo River. With the Portage Municipal Airport is located approximately 3 km behind the north-eastern boundary of the Town, a small airfield. The nearest commercial airport is the Dane County Regional Airport in Madison Wisconsin's capital ( approximately 50 km south-southeast ).
