Papyrus 116

(Referred to Gregory- Aland Sigel 116) 116 Papyrus is an early copy of the Greek New Testament. It is a papyrus manuscript contains parts of Hebrews. The remaining text consists only of poorly preserved fragments and includes the verses 2:9-11; 3:3-6. Using palaeography, it was dated INTF to the 6th or 7th century.

The scope of the handwriting is too small to classify it into a category of biblical manuscripts. The manuscript is in the Austrian National Library, under the signature P. Vindob. G 42417 preserved in Vienna.
