Papyrus 2

Papyrus 2 ( in the Gregory- Aland numbering 2) is an early copy of the New Testament in Greek. It is a papyrus manuscript of the Gospel of John and is dated to the 6th century. It is preserved in the Egyptian Museum in Florence under the inventory number 7134. 50 in Coptic; On the back of the fragment is a part of Luke 7.22-26.

The fragment appears to come from a lectionary. The text type is eclectic.

Aland placed it in Category III.
