Papyrus 33

Papyrus 33 ( Gregory- Aland 33 denotes Sigel ) is an early copy of the Greek New Testament. It is a papyrus manuscript of the Book of Acts contains only the verses 7:6-10.13-18; 15:21-24.26-32. Using palaeography, it has been dated to the 6th century. 58 was part of the same Code, to which 33 belongs.

The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Alexandrian text-type. Kurt Aland placed it in Category I.

It is preserved today in the papyrus collection of the Austrian National Library (Pap. G. 17973, 26133, 35831, 39783 ) in Vienna.
