History
Pass the Dutchie is a defused version of the song Pass the Koutchie Mighty Diamonds, which was published in 1981 and here Koutchie was (a joint ) by Dutchie replaced ( the term of endearment for a Dutch oven ). In general, all references to drugs were replaced by foods in the song, including the line " How does it feel When you got no herb? " ( German: How it feels to have no cure? ).
The publication took place on 24 September 1982 in the countries of Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium, the reggae number was a number -one hit.
In the movie Scooby -Doo could hear the song.
