Passage West

Passage West (Irish At Pasáiste Thiar ) is a ferry port with 4,818 inhabitants ( 2006) near the city of Cork in County Cork in Ireland. From here you can reach the island of Great Iceland in Cork Harbour, Cobh is located on the site. This passage presented earlier, the fastest connection dar. Today Cork and Cobh are connected by a bridge and the southern bypass through the opened in 1999 Jack Lynch Tunnel, named after the deputies Jack Lynch ( 1917-1999 ), better connected under the River Lee, so that the passage has almost no meaning.
