Patrick Amoah
Patrick Amoah ( born August 18, 1986) is a Swedish football player. The striker, who currently has a contract with Belgian club WS Woluwe, won with Djurgårdens IF 2004 Svenska Cupen and brought in 2005 with the club double in Swedish championship and cup.
Career
Amoah has already played in the Youth for Djurgårdens IF and went through several Swedish youth teams. 2004 moved the striker on into the professional squad and came in summer to his debut in Allsvenskan. While he was in the starting in his first season six times, he came in the following season, although at 17 appearances, but all as a substitute.
Therefore, the club, Amoah opted for the second division season 2006 rent to Assyriska Föreningen. In the Superettan he came regularly used and could shine as a four-time scorer. For the 2007 season, he returned to Djurgårdens IF, but did not come back over the Joker role beyond.
In December 2007, Amoah left Sweden and moved to end of contract free transfer to Spain to CA Ciudad de Lorquí in the Segunda División B. In the fourth division, he played half a season and was able to achieve ten goals in 17 games. Nevertheless, he wanted to leave the club again and received offers from Greece, France and Spain. Ultimately he signed with Paris FC, which competes in the third-tier Championnat National de France, a two-year contract.
2009 saw Amoah to Belgium for third division WS Woluwe. As top scorer with 27 goals this season he led the club in 2011 in the second division. He had made higher class attention to themselves, so that the Erstligaaufsteiger Oud-Heverlee Leuven signed him. At the Club from Flanders, he signed a two-year contract. Ultimately, he had only one half of the season at his new club, as coach Ronny Van unsustainable Geneugden built on it. Turn of the year he returned to WS Woluwe back to the second division. With five goals, he added in the second half to reach the sixth table space.
