Paul Hartnoll

Paul Hartnoll ( born May 19, 1968 in Dartford, Kent ) is a British musician. He became famous with the studio project orbital, which he had in 1987 with his brother Phil Hartnoll (born 1965 ) has been launched.

The band became the early 1990s, especially in their home country to one of the most recognized bands in electronic music. After the production of seven albums, both decided in 2004 to suspend the joint work.

In the same year Hartnoll began to work for his solo career. He turned away from his earlier works, and sat for the first time real instruments in his songs one. In December 2006, published in limited edition at Rough Trade under the title Patchwork Guilt hard Noll's first single. The second single, a collaboration with Robert Smith, the lead singer of the band The Cure.
