Paul Put
Paul Put ( born May 26, 1956 in Belgium) is a Belgian football coach. He was an active player himself.
As of 2004, was put coach of Lierse SK and had a contract until 2008 with the extension for a further two year option. Put but was dismissed because of poor performance of the team in the winter of 2005 /06 on November 3, 2005.
On February 5, 2006 it was announced by a television program that Put and 13 other people were involved in the betting scandal in Belgian football. This allegation was confirmed two weeks later. Put was sacked by the management of Excelsior Mouscron on 17 February 2006.
On 19 May 2008 it was announced that he will coach the Gambian national football team.
The contract with the put was dissolved on 31 August 2011, as a fundamental failure in the qualification for the African Cup of 2012 was specified.
