Paul Wasicka

Paul " Kwickfish " Wasicka ( born February 17, 1981 in Dallas ) is a professional American poker player and lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Paul Wasicka started playing poker in 2004, when he participated in a tournament in Denver. He formerly worked as a bartender and restaurant manager before moving into poker. Wasicka was behind Jamie Gold second in the Main Event of the World Series of Poker in 2006 and won so about 6 million U.S. dollars.

The LA Poker Classic 2007, he won the fourth place prize money totaling U.S. $ 455,000. His first major victory came in March 2007 at the National Heads-Up Poker Championship for $ 500,000.

Wasicka can be seen in the third season of High Stakes Poker.

Since 2007, he is sponsored by Full Tilt Poker.

Overall, he won more than 7.8 million U.S. dollars at official tournaments.
