Perito Moreno, Santa Cruz

The town of Perito Moreno (also known as Lago Buenos Aires ) is the capital of the department of Lago Buenos Aires. It lies on the northwestern border of the province of Santa Cruz in the Argentine Patagonia. Near the village of Río Fénix, which flows into the Río Deseado springs. As a point of intersection of Ruta Nacional 40 and the Ruta Provincial 43 this is the regional center.

Economy
