PFC Minyor Pernik

Minjor Pernik ( ПФК Миньор Перник ) ( German: miners Pernik ) is a Bulgarian sports club whose football section plays in the A Grupa, the highest Bulgarian division. The association comes from the town of Pernik.

History

Minjor Pernik was founded in 1952 after several small teams of the city had come together to form an association. The team played 1951-1962, 1966 and 1970, 1972, 1977, 1979 and 1981, 1984 and 1985, 1987 and 1989, 1990 and 1992, 1996 and 2001 and from 2008 in A Grupa. 2002-2004 she played only in the third division. The best seasons were in 1954/55 and 1960/61, when the team reached the fourth place in each of the A Grupa. The club played a total of 31 years in the first division.

Hockey Department

The Department Hockey was founded in 1969 and merged in the same year with the Section Hockey Metalurg Pernik Pernik to Krakra. 1972 this United team was ' renamed to DFS Pernik, ere Metalurg seceded in 1972 and the Hockey Division played back as Minjor Pernik. 1977, the game has ceased operations.
