Phaisan Pona

Phaisan Pona ( born March 13, 1982 in Chaiyaphum ) is a Thai football player at the position of a defender. He plays for the Pattaya United in the Thai Premier League.

Career

He began his career in 2004 at Chonburi FC, for whom he played a total of four years and it played 106 games for the club. He became a member of the club, when he was still playing in the Thailand Provincial League, and managed in 2005 with his promotion to the Thai Premier League. Followed in 2007 by winning the championship of the first major title of his career. With the club he took to the 2008 AFC Champions League. It came in five of six group matches are used. His last title with FC Chonburi was winning the Super Cup in 2008. At the beginning of the 2009 season, he moved to Pattaya United, for whom he is still active today. Due to his performances at club level, he participated with the national team at the ASEAN Football Championships in 2007 and reached the finals of the team. So far, he brought it to twelve missions in the national team. Currently, however, he does not belong to the national squad.
