Phil Heath

Phil Heath ( born December 18, 1979 as Phillip Jerrod Heath in Seattle, Washington) is a professional bodybuilder from the United States. He is the international federation IFBB Mr. Olympia is under contract and the years 2011, 2012 and 2013. Already in 2010 he graduated from this in second place, after he became a 2009 fifth year.

Life

Heath grew up in Seattle and studied computer science and business administration at the University of Denver in Colorado. During his studies he successfully played basketball. At age 23, he switched to bodybuilding and won three years later his first amateur contest, thanks to which he could participate in events for professional bodybuilders.

His greatest triumph celebrated Heath in 2011 with the victory of the competition for the title of Mr. Olympia, referred to in its bulk phase he prepared with all eight meals a day. These included a total of approximately 9400 kcal, which were composed of 910 g protein, 239 g fat and 881 g of carbohydrates. In the years 2012 and 2013 he was able to repeat his success.
