Phil Mills

Phil Mills (born 30 August 1963 Trefeglwys, Wales ) is a former British rally co-driver. From 1999 to 2010 he was the co-driver to Petter Solberg and played with him 152 rallies. 2003, both won the World Rally Championship ( WRC).

Mills has a place of honor in the Welsh Sports Hall of Fame because he won the first Welshman's Wales Rally. His first rally he played in 1983. 1994 he had his first WRC- use. Mills was founded in 1999 co-pilot of Solberg and drove with him first at Ford from 2000 to 2008, both at Subaru. 2009 and 2010 they competed in the privately entered Citroen.

On 11 June 2010, after the Rally of Portugal, Mills announced his retirement from racing. His departure from the racing was hard for him because he ended eleven years working with Petter Solberg with his resignation.

He lives with his wife Helen and his children in Powys.
