Phillips Exeter Academy
The Phillips Exeter Academy (also simply called Exeter, Phillips Exeter or PEA) is an independent mixed boarding school for grades 9 to 12 The school is located in Exeter (New Hampshire), USA, about 80 miles north of Boston.
The school is very prestigious in the U.S. and has financial resources in excess of 902 million U.S. dollars, which allows the school to generously awarded scholarships. There is an unofficial relationship of the school to Harvard University and many students enroll at the famous university.
About 80 % of students ( Exonians ) living in the boarding school on the school premises and the remaining twenty percent comes from the surrounding area. The school is open also for girls since 1970.
