Pierre Lebeau

Pierre Lebeau ( born July 22, 1954 in Montreal, Canada) is a Canadian actor in film and theater.

Life and achievements

Lebeau was born in the Canadian province of Quebec and graduated in 1975, the National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal from.

Especially in the 1990s, he worked in various Canadian theater productions, for example, in 1994 at the Stratford Festival. In 2001 he played the title role in the play Macbeth at the Théâtre du Nouveau Monde in Montreal. In the drama Woyzeck by Georg Büchner, he was seen at the Théâtre Ubu in Montreal.

A wider public Lebeau was the comedy film Les Boys (1997 ) is known, drew the sequels. In the successful bilingual action-comedy Bon Cop, Bad Cop (2006) directed by Eric Canuel, with Colm Feore and Patrick Huard in the lead roles, he represents a grumpy police chief

Beginning of May 2007 saw the play Lèvres its world premiere, written by Lebeau in which he directed and appeared as an actor.
