Pierre Womé

Pierre Wome Nlend ( born March 26, 1979 in Douala, Cameroon ) is a Cameroonian football player. The full-back is a left-footed. Womé played in the top leagues of Italy, Spain, England and Germany.

Career

Association

Womé began his career in his homeland with Canon Yaoundé and joined the 1996/97 season for the first time abroad to Vicenza Calcio in the Italian Serie A. His breakthrough came two years later when AS Roma. But since he hardly used at Rome, he moved to league rivals FC Bologna, where he was regularly used in the sequence during three seasons.
