Pinot Noir Précoce

The Pinot is a separate variety that originated by natural mutation of the Pinot Noir (Pinot Noir ).

Appearance

The Frühburgunder reaches maturity about two weeks earlier than the Pinot Noir, hence the name. This makes it almost never of gray mold (Botrytis cinerea) affected, which may adversely affect the color of the Pinot Noir. The berries of the Early Burgundy are smaller than those of the Pinot Noir. Many flavorings sit in the bowl of grapes.
