Plottier

Plottier is a town in the department Confluencia the east of the province of Neuquén in southwest Argentina.

Origin of the name

The city is named after its founder, the Uruguayan doctor Alberto Plottier.

History

After the desert campaign, the first inhabitants of the city settled (then called Colonia Sayhueque ). On March 26, 1935, the town was founded officially.
