Ploudaniel

Ploudaniel ( Plouzeniel Breton ) is a commune in the Finistère department 3670 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011).

Location

The municipality is located in the north- west of Brittany about 12 kilometers south of the Atlantic coast. The cantonal capital Lesneven lies four kilometers north, 20 km south-west of Brest and Paris, about 480 kilometers to the east.

Traffic

In Landerneau and Brest are the next departures of the highway E 50 (Rennes - Brest) and regional stations on the railway line Brest - Rennes and Brest - Nantes.

The regional airport Aéroport de Brest Bretagne is situated 14 kilometers south-west.
