Plouider

Plouider ( Plouider Breton ) is a commune in the Finistère department in 2003 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011). It is located in the north- west of Brittany, just a few kilometers ( miles) south of the English Channel coast. The eastern municipality is crossed by the river Flèche.

Lesneven located 4 km south, 28 km south-west of Brest and Paris, about 480 km to the east.

In Landerneau and Brest are the next departures of the highway E 50 (Rennes - Brest) and regional stations on the railway line Brest- Rennes -Brest and Nantes.

The regional airport Aéroport de Brest Bretagne is located 16 km southwest.
