Rajongemeinde Plunge ( lit. Plungės rajono savivaldybė ) is a Rajongemeinde 40 000 inhabitants in the north- western part of Lithuania, in the district Telšiai. The center is Plunge. By Rajon flows the Minija with Sausdravas, Babrungas. There are Žemaitija National Park.
