Point Music

Point Music is a record label that was founded in 1992 as a joint venture of Philips Classics and Michael Riesman and Philip Glass's Euphorbia Productions. In 1999, Decca took over distribution, as Philips, the label took over in the wake of the establishment of the Universal Music Group. Point Music had originally specialized in contemporary - classical western music and then expanded his range on film music, some world music as well as rock / classical crossover projects. The label was set in 2002 in the meantime.
