Poni Province

Poni is a province in the region of Sud- Ouest in the West African state of Burkina Faso with 254 371 inhabitants ( 2006) to 7365 km ².

The province consists of the departments of Kampti, Loropeni, Bouroum - Bouroum, Boussera, Djigouè, Gaoua, Gomblora, Nako, Périgban and Malba. Capital is Gaoua.
