PPML

The Personalized Print Markup Language ( PPML ) is an XML-based markup language for personalized printing of aligned on target group or individuals content. A common purpose are printed matter with their personal touch or personalized advertising.

Instead of creating a separate layout for each customer, placeholders are defined in the layout using PPML, which are then in the Raster Image Processor (RIP) filled with appropriate resources such as logos, images or text.
