Priboj

The Opština Priboj ( Serbian Прибој ) is a Serbian large village in the mountainous region of Southwest Serbia with 30 377 inhabitants. My office is located in the small town of Priboj. The municipality covers a total area of 553 km ² in the valley of Lim and bordered to the west by Bosnia and Herzegovina.

About 74 % of the inhabitants are Serbs, Bosniaks around 18% and about 5 % are ethnic Muslims. Priboj is a very industrial Town and has greatly developed, especially in the 1970s and 1980s.

4 km west of Priboj opens the Uvac in the Lim

Within the municipal territory of Priboj is the 270 inhabitants counting village Sastavci that represents an exclave of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is part of the Bosnian republic of Republika Srpska.
