Przyrzecze, West Pomeranian Voivodeship

Przyrzecze ( German name: Wartenstein ) is a village of 94 inhabitants (2005 ) in Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It belongs to the Gmina Świdwin ( Schivelbein ) in a circle Świdwin.

Geographical Location

Przyrzecze located ten kilometers south-east of Świdwin and can be reached on a side road to Gawroniec ( Gersdorf ) in the branch before Bierzwnica ( Reinfeld ) ( three kilometers ). Przyrzecze is a long-drawn farming village whose western border here Rega forms, which was until 1932 the border river between the then circles Schivelbein and Belgard.

History

Wartenstein with his Vorwerk Long Hook (now Polish: Grądzkie ) once belonged to the Order of St. John Commandery Schivelbein. In 1807 canon was assessed by Briesen on Klützkow ( Kluczkowo ) in Wartenstein with 1 1/2 hooves for contribution.

Until the district reform in 1932, the village belonged to the circle Schivelbein until this in the county Belgard ( Persante ) has been integrated.

In 1939 lived in Wartenstein 223 people in 64 households. The municipality area was 495.5 acres. The inhabitants lived mostly from the agriculture and forestry.

By 1945 Wartenstein belonged to the official and the civil registry district Long hooks. Judiciary court that was in Schivelbein.

In early March 1945, the site was occupied by Russian troops. The local population was expelled. Today Przyrzecze is part of Gmina Świdwin in powiat Świdwiński.

Church

Wartenstein had no church of its own, but belonged until 1945 to the parish Reinfeld. It was in the church circle Schivelbein the church of the Evangelical Church of Pomerania Old Prussian Union.

Today Przyrzecze is part of the parish Koszalin ( Koszalin ) in the Diocese of Pomerania - Greater Poland the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland.
