Public Announcement, until 1993 known as R. Kelly and Public Announcement, is an American R & B and New Jack Swing Band, which functioned until 1993 when R. Kelly's background band.

Career

After the then newcomer R. Kelly in 1990 his first recording contract with Jive signed, he was casting his backup band for his upcoming debut album yet.
