Qoph

Koph or Qoph ( קוף ) is the nineteenth letter in the Hebrew alphabet. It has the numerical value 100 of the most widely spoken as the Koph the Kaph is ( with Dagesch ) pronounced [ k]. Originally Koph was throaty pronounced as the coffee.

In the Greek alphabet corresponding to the Koph the Koppa, which was soon used more than number characters. The that emerged from Latin Q has been preserved until today, however, as the letter.
