Quebec Central Railway

The Quebec Central Railway (abbreviated QC or QCR ) is a railway company in the Canadian province of Québec. It opens up the Eastern Townships area between the southern shore of the St. Lawrence River and the border with the United States. The company's headquarters is located in Sherbrooke. It was founded in 1869 as " Sherbrooke, Eastern Townships and Kennebec Railway" and took its present name in the year 1875.
