Ralf Bucher

Ralf Bucher ( born April 6, 1972 in Munich ) is a former German football player. He was mostly used as a central defender.

In his youth Bucher played for TSV Neubiberg and in 1989 moved to the neighboring Unterhaching. After he was able to establish himself in the first team, he went in 1992 with SpVgg on to the 2nd Bundesliga. In his first season as a professional bird came on 32 missions, but missed with his team in the league scarce. In 1995 he played with Haching again second class and was also part of the team, the sensational promotion to the 1998/99 season in the 1st Bundesliga.

In the German top flight bird lost his place and so came in two Bundesliga years, only 28 missions. He held his club then even after two successive descents to the Regionalliga Süd loyalty and rose as 2003 for the third time with the Munich suburbanites in the 2nd Bundesliga. He usually came only sporadically used until it was brought back by coach Werner Lorant in the starting lineup and made ​​simultaneously to the team captain. Ralf Bucher, who played 20 years for the SpVgg Unterhaching, was the last remaining member of the Bundesliga team and has long been the favorite of Haching fans who mostly called him " Bucherinho ".
