Ralf Mackenbach

Ralf Mackenbach ( born October 4, 1995 Best ) is a Dutch singer, dancer and musical performer. He won the Junior Euro Song Contest 2009 in Kiev with the self- written song Click Clack.

Biography

Mackenbach takes part in the Dance Academy Lucia Marthas in Amsterdam since 2009. He plays the small Tarzan Tarzan in the Netherlands and Jakopje in the Dutch version of the musical Beauty and the Beast. In addition, he has the voice of Zack in the Dutch version of the sitcom Suite Life of Zack & Cody eingesprochen ( Season 1, 2 and 3).

Junior Euro Vision Song Contest 2009

On 3 October 2009, the 13 -year-old won the AVRO Mackenbach Junior Song Festival in 2009 with the self-written song Click Clack. Mackenbach got from the children's jury, the jury and the audience twelve points and so was first. The theme of the song is the tap dance, which was also carried out while singing. But the jury were Jeroen van der Boom, Lange Frans and Yolanthe Cabau van Kasbergen. The host of the show was Sipke January Bousema.

He qualified for the finals hereby organized for the seventh time Junior Euro Song Contest on 21 November in Kiev (Ukraine). In the final he won with 121 points.

After his victory Mackenbach was the focus of the reality series Ralf for real, also produced by the AVRO. 2010 brought Ralf Mackenbach his first album titled Ralf out. It contains, among other things, his first English single Secret Girl. In the charts Nederlandse Top 40, the album was at # 10 in 2011 followed by his second album, Moving On, which can accommodate 29 as the highest ranking ( as at 10 December 2011) was less successful.
