The rather low acidity, floral and yellow-green wine has a slight nutmeg; it is reminiscent of Müller- Thurgau. Due to the low acidity ( acid → (wine) ) are the whites sometimes a bit flat and therefore result in the cool climate viticulture pleasing results.
