Remungol

Remungol ( Breton: Remengol ) is a commune with 938 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Morbihan in the Brittany region. It belongs to the Local Government Association, Pays de Locminé.

Geography

Remungol is in the center of the department of Morbihan and belongs to the Pays de Pontivy. The place is located 35 kilometers north-west of Vannes, 15 kilometers south of Pontivy and 7 kilometers north- west of the cantonal capital of Locminé.

Neighboring municipalities are Moustoir Remungol in the north, Naizin in the northeast, Moréac in the east, Plumelin in the south, southwest, and Pluméliau Guénin in the west.
