Renato Chaves
Renato de Araújo Júnior Chaves, known as Renato (born 4 May 1990 in São Paulo, São Paulo) is a Brazilian football player at the position of a defender. He currently plays for Corinthians in the Série A, the top division in the Brazilian football. He also participates with the team to the state championship of São Paulo.
Career
Youth and club career
Renato came to the youth department of the major Brazilian clubs Corinthians São Paulo, which has its headquarters in the city of São Paulo in 1998. He went through various youth leagues, and came in February 2009 for the first time in the first team of the club with gaming operations in the Série A, the top division of the country.
After the team rising from the second-rate Série B in the highest soccer league in 2008, Renato already trained with the first team, although he himself was still integrated in the club's youth. Especially through its strong seasons in 2007 and 2008 Renato drew attention to himself in the pros. Some three months after he had been promoted to the first team, Renato was the 10th May 2009 made his professional debut when he takes the full duration stood at a 0-1 defeat at home against SC Internacional on the court.

He currently plays with the team in the state championship of São Paulo, during which he was already active in two games so far. In 2009, he won the Brazilian Cup with the team.
National team career
First international experience gained Renato already with the U-20 national team of Brazil, in which he was called end of July 2009 for the first time. Overall, he completed two international matches for the selection and has already participated in several international youth tournaments.
