René Duprée

René Goguen (* December 15, 1983 in Shediac, New Brunswick, Canada ), better known by his ring name René Dupree, is a Canadian professional wrestler. He is best known for his appearances for World Wrestling Entertainment Wrestling organization. In WWE, he was for all three roster (RAW, Smackdown and ECW) active. He is currently working for the Japanese wrestling organization HUSTLE.

Goguen is the son of Canadian Wrestling conveyor Emile Dupree.

Career

WWE

Before Goguen debuted in the WWE in 2003, he was active first in their developmental league Ohio Valley Wrestling. From the beginning of his WWE career, he was a member of the Sylvian Grenier together with Tag Teams La Résistance. On 15 June 2003, they were able to win the World Tag Team Championships.

Later Rob Conway was the third member of the team. After winning the title, the grouping had a feud with the Dudley Boyz, to which they also lost their title. From October 2003 to March 2004 were only Goguen and Conway active because there was Grenier in an injury. After Goguen moved to SmackDown, the team broke up. Here he was involved in a feud with John Cena program for the WWE United States Championship. Together with Kenzo Suzuki was allowed Goguen on September 9, again win the WWE Tag Team Championship.

In June 2005, Goguen was changed back to Raw. In September he was sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling and later suffered little injury. From September 2006, Goguen was active for the newly created ECW roster, where there was a short-lived reformation of La Résistance in February 2007.
