Return the Favor is the first pop song by the American singer Keri Hilson, was written by her and produced by Timbaland.

Background

Timbaland (Mentor Keri Hilson ) was delighted with the success of the joint single The Way I Are and decided to once again collaborate with Hilson and to produce their first international solo single. Hilson Timbaland wrote the song during her was playing the finished version of the melody.

Criticism

The single and accompanying music video, and the album In a Perfect World were judged quite positively. Many netizens criticized the music video, however, due to strong similarities with those of other musicians.
