Revere Beach (MBTA-Station)

Revere Beach in Revere is a named after the nearby, same beach subway station of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority ( MBTA ) in the state of Massachusetts in the United States. It provides access to the Blue Line.

History

The original station was established on January 19, 1954 on the site of a former railway station of the Boston, Revere Beach and Lynn Railroad. From 1994 to 1995, together with the stations Suffolk Downs, Beachmont and Wonderland was a complete new building.
